To get used to your period swimsuit with complete peace of mind and understand how it reacts to your own flow, we recommend doing an initial test at home. Wear it quietly in the bath, in the shower, or during a session in your bathtub/pool before heading out in public. It’s the ideal way to evaluate your comfort and identify your ideal level of protection!

During light to medium flow days: our swimsuit is entirely sufficient on its own, offering you total freedom without any unnecessary extra protection.

During heavier flow days: you can pair it with additional protection (tampon, cup) to guarantee a swim with 100% peace of mind and zero stress.

Our swimsuit bottoms effectively absorb your flow for 5 hours up to 35ml (equivalent to 3 to 4 tampons). For optimal comfort, having a second swimsuit on hand to stay dry is the best!

Each swimsuit features three layers that trap and absorb blood and discharge while you swim. The bottom layer of the swimsuit features a waterproof membrane that prevents water from entering the swimsuit.

All our fabrics come from factories that manufacture using environmentally friendly processes, without the use of toxic chemicals or solvents.

All products have been tested under real-life conditions by our founder Salomé and a team of testers!

After each use, rinse your swimsuit in cold water to remove excess flow. You can then machine wash it at 30°C, without fabric softener to preserve the effectiveness of the absorbent layers. Let it air dry, preferably flat, so it keeps its shape (avoid the tumble dryer).
